  • What is WildQuest Education, and how does it work?
    WildQuest Education offers experiential learning subscriptions that empower parents, carers, and families to guide children’s education through interactive, hands-on activities designed to make learning engaging and effective.

  • Do I need any special materials or equipment for the lessons?
    Most WildQuest activities are designed to be adaptable, using everyday items or items found in nature. We provide guidance on what’s needed for each activity, and many can be adjusted to work with what you already have.

  • What age group is WildQuest Education designed for?
    Our lessons are flexible and designed for children in a wide age range, generally suitable for primary school-aged learners. Activities can be tailored to different skill levels, whether foundational, intermediate, or advanced.

  • Can I try WildQuest Education before subscribing?
    Yes! We offer a free 2-week trial of our Nature Seeker subscription, so you can explore our resources and see if WildQuest is the right fit for your family.

  • What is the difference between the Nature Seeker, Outdoor Trailblazer, and Mountain Conqueror subscriptions?
    Each subscription offers a unique level of support and content, from access to basic experiential activities in Nature Seeker to live masterclasses, personalized consults, and exclusive content in the Mountain Conqueror plan.

  • Is WildQuest suitable for children with learning differences like ADHD or Autism?
    Yes, our activities are designed with diverse learners in mind, including those with learning differences. We provide tips and adaptable resources to ensure a supportive and inclusive experience for every child.

  • Can multiple family members access the subscription?
    Yes, one subscription can be used for multiple children in the same household, making it ideal for family learning and group activities.

  • What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, your access will remain available until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • How do I access the online masterclasses and group gatherings?
    All live sessions, including QuestLab masterclasses and online gatherings, are hosted through our platform or via video link. You’ll receive notifications about upcoming sessions so you can join easily.

  • Can I become a licensed WildQuest facilitator?
    Yes, we offer a program for those interested in becoming facilitators. You can help deliver experiential learning to more children by joining our licensed educator community!
